Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance

<h3>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h3> <p>Viant’s Corporate Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to lead critical aspects of budgeting, Board material preparation, quarterly earnings support, leadership communication, ad-hoc analysis, and M&amp;A/capital markets support used to guide the company’s most important initiatives. This is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role within a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with senior leadership to help drive business planning, strategic initiatives, corporate development, and investment decisions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-qa="preview-list-item-0-text">THE DAY-TO-DAY</h3> <ul> <li>Drive the preparation and delivery of budget and Board materials, executive presentations, various reporting packages, and ad-hoc analyses ensuring senior leadership has access to relevant insights for critical strategic and operational decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to the quarterly earnings preparation process, including investor presentations, scripts, investor Q&amp;A, and other peer/market analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct external benchmarking and shareholder/peer analysis to inform leadership and IR strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide analytical support and business analysis for M&amp;A, including financial and valuation analyses, preparing presentation materials, and participating in the execution of transactions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to help optimize business performance, including identification of trends, gaps, insights and opportunity areas within the business.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and scenario analysis to support long-term strategy and growth.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3 data-qa="preview-list-item-1-text">GREAT TO HAVE</h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, capital markets, IR, or FP&amp;A is required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives, including preparing materials for Boards, executive committees, or investors&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; expert Excel and PowerPointskills required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visuals for senior audiences&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-starter who is proactive and has a “figure it out” mentality&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results und
