Location
NHQPurpose
~ This position is directly responsible for maintaining critical documents and providing updates related to all facility and branding functions (GDSI 2.0) within Dealer Development (DD) and support for cross functional departmental initiatives.
~ This position requires working directly with multiple teams including, the regional market representation personnel, the program management team, National DD, and other NHQ departments with skill to communicate to high-profile stake holders.
~ Position requires attention to detail on branding reports and documents, document retention, organization, and preservation.
Major Responsibilities
~ Liaises with high profile stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication about program decisions that impact the broader organization or projects.
~ Exercises independent judgment to process monthly complex vendor and dealer billing for Hyundai & Genesis Facilities.
~ Use advanced knowledge to maintain and report monthly billing accruals. ~ Assist in managing vendors for brand identity.
~ Facilities branding records categorization, retention, and preservation.
~ Key contributor for program audit readiness.
~ Provide SAP Dealer system reports for Facilities Report Management.
~ Responsible for Dealer Brand Image Maintenance in Dealer Profiles.
~ Use discretion in the management of all Facilities SAP information updates.
~ Coordination and organization of semi-annual National Market Representation Meetings.
~ Fields and organizes routine ad hoc request.
~ Leads and supports special projects, as assigned.

Authority
~ Position has authority to aid regional and national staff in maintaining accurate dealer records as directed by Senior Manager, Market Representation.
~ Development of key relationships between and among program stakeholders & Dealer Development group in day-to-day operations of business.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Master’s degree a plusRelated Experience
~ Five or more years of experience, preferably in the automotive field.
~ Project management experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge
~ Self-starter, organized, detail oriented, and follow-through skills.
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
~ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
~ Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting company and department objectives.
~ Basic PC skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
~ The ability to work both strategically and operationally.
