About the role
This is a remote position.
40 hours per weekMon - Fri 8 AM- 5 PM Georgia, US Time (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time) includes 1h unpaid break.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist patients and their families in both English and Spanish, providing a positive first impression of the practice
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and routing them appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using the practice’s state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff, facilitating clear communication and exceptional care
- Handle peak-time overflow calls with composure and efficiency, ensuring no patient inquiry goes unanswered
- Collaborate closely with the in-office team to optimize patient flow and enhance overall practice operations
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives to stay current with healthcare regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages (MUST SUBMIT VOICE RECORDINGS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
- Proven track record in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and CRM software is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturday mornings
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies and processes
