Lead Pre-K Teacher

We are currently seeking a professional, nurturing, and experienced Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education team at our center in West Peabody.
This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated early childhood educator who values structured learning, kindergarten readiness, social-emotional development, and creating a positive preschool classroom environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn.
Our Pre-K Teachers play an essential role in preparing children for long-term academic success through engaging curriculum, strong classroom leadership, and warm, responsive interactions with children and families.
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about early childhood education and child development
Experienced in preschool or pre-kindergarten classroom leadership
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Warm, patient, and genuinely caring with children and families
Knowledgeable in developmentally appropriate classroom practices and Massachusetts EEC regulations
