To achieve this, we need people who can shape the future of our business and help us on our journey to becoming the best fast-moving consumer healthcare company in and for the world.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Implement &amp; execute competitive and innovative Procurement strategy : <span>based on Procurement Opella EM market intelligence: assessing risks and opportunities, </span><span>Budget &amp; Strategic Plan fully aligned with Business while delivering added value</span></p></li><li><p>Deliver world class total savings objectives</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the E2E make of buy strategy</p></li><li><p>Develop strong relationship with associated Procurement functions (“RemainCo”) and Business Partners (M&amp;S – Global Growth Hub - Global Science Hub – Finance – Supply Chain – BD&amp;L)</p></li><li><p>Define, implement, and monitor performance KPIs</p></li><li><p>Drive the development of new market opportunities (new suppliers, technologies, substitution products, etc.) aligned with the Procurement EM intelligence and category strategy</p></li><li><p>Integrate sustainability into projects and business decisions</p></li><li><p>Implement and execute e2e procurement relevant strategy to support Opella brands growth and gross margin</p></li><li><p>Ensure Procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Risk Management, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality…)</p></li><li><p>Lead negotiations for her/his portfolio of CMOs</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with master service agreements and/or specific contracts in place</p></li><li><p>Ensure that terms and conditions of master service agreements and/or specific contracts,including the Quality Technical agreement (QTA) and sustainability requirements (BCorp) are met by all parties in the contract</p></li><li><p>Monitor the contract life cycle and proactively manage negotiation phases with involved operational teams (i) in the set-up of a contract or (ii) request of quotation (RFQ) related to the supplier panel</p></li><li><p>Ensure that risk management assessment and risk mitigation strategies are in place in close collaboration with the Business </p></li><li><p>Set-Up and Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program for the key CMOs for her/his panel.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate vendor innovation management</p></li><li><p>Build and ensure collaborative Business Partnering across the Business Unit internally and across the Supplier/CMO network</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong interfaces and collaborations with other departments like finance, legal,</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>About you</b></h1><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering or Business or another relevant field. An MBA preferred.</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years’ experience in a Procurement role with proven record in term of change management and result delivery - plus experience in Consumer Health Care or FMCG</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of both Procurement and Operations; a combination of functional experiences in both Manufacturing and SCM as well as Procurement would be ideal.</p></li><li><p>Experience in market intelligence</p></li><li><p>Experience in implementing Procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.) including design &amp; deployment is a benefit.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English</p></li><li><p>Plus: French and any other language</p></li><li><p>International and multi-cultural mindset</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English</p></li><li><p>Plus: French and an
