With over 180 employees and ~60M€ in annual revenue, we’re aiming for 15% year-on-year growth—want to grow with us?As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of key features and architectural decisions across our Magento 2-based platform. You will work cross-functionally to implement efficient, secure, and scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers and driving innovation in our IT department.

Your areas of responsibility
- Develop and optimize Magento 2 modules and integrations
- Own architectural decisions for large-scale projects
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews
- Improve system performance and monitor key metrics
- Contribute to our DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Stay ahead of trends in eCommerce tech
Your profile
- 3+ years experience in Magento 2 and full stack development
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Git, Docker, REST & GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with performance profiling tools (e.g., New Relic, Blackfire)
- Passion for clean code, security, and scalable solutions
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

- Salary: for this position we offer a minimum of € 4.000,- per month (on a full time basis). Overpayment is possible depending on professional experience and qualifications.
