Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) processes for a product portfolio manufactured by external suppliers. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient inventory management, demand fulfilment, and supply chain optimization. Additionally, the role will focus on driving the implementation and adoption of the Anaplan platform to enhance planning processes and decision-making capabilities across the organization.
The role reports to Head of Global Supply Chain Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize DRP strategies to ensure seamless product availability and inventory alignment with demand, for the Galderma portfolio manufactured externally
Oversee supply plans across the global network, balancing production, inventory, and logistics constraints
Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to ensure supply reliability and address capacity or delivery challenges
Act as the key liaison between global supply chain teams, Galderma's External Supplier Organization, and regional demand planning teams to align on priorities and resolve issues
Partner with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to achieve shared goals (Forecast Accuracy, coverages and inventory levels, Service levels)
Track and analyze service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy KPIs to drive improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and mitigate risks
Lead the rollout of Anaplan for DRP / Supply planning processes, ensuring successful adoption and integration with existing systems
Define system requirements, workflows, and reporting capabilities to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness
Train and support stakeholders in leveraging Anaplan for scenario planning and decision-making
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in global supply chain planning, including DRP and collaboration with external manufacturers
Hands-on experience implementing and managing advanced planning systems
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
