Join GE Vernova’s Communications team to help shape the narrative and drive engagement during a pivotal company transformation. You’ll collaborate with global teams to highlight GE Vernova’s people, potential and purpose.
Develop and lead an ongoing communication strategy supporting GE Vernova’s executive communications, culture and inclusion and legal/compliance operations and business priorities. Partner with senior leaders to ensure clear, consistent messaging that keeps stakeholders informed and employees connected to the company’s strategy.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver high-impact executive communications on behalf of key leaders, covering both internal and external engagements related to culture and inclusion, legal and compliance.

• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior executives and collaborate closely with their teams to craft compelling, consistent messaging that strengthens leadership presence and drives business outcomes.

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications strategies—creating engaging content, identifying optimal delivery channels, and ensuring messaging effectively connects employees, leaders, and external stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with the broader internal communications team to advance enterprise priorities such as culture, strategy, and transformation, while providing broad support for enterprise-wide communication programs and all-employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications; ideally in internal communications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and content. Creative, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

• Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions while building credibility as a trusted advisor.

• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and dedication to safety.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $103,300.00 and $172,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
