** This position is on-site 4 days per week at our Charlotte, NC office **We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Editor to join our team. This is a full-cycle production role where you will be involved in every stage of the video creation process—from concept development and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery. You will play a key role in shaping visual narratives that support our brand, events, and internal communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creative Planning & Storyboarding
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and plan compelling video content.
- Contribute to creative direction, scripting, and visual storytelling strategies.
- Production
- Operate professional video equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and stabilizers.
- Capture high-quality footage at a variety of events including corporate functions, interviews, and external activations.
- Direct on-camera talent and set up shots to achieve the best visual results.
- Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners throughout the production process.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- 6 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to direct and train other team associates
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in film, media production, or equivalent professional experience or equivalent education and related training.
- Proven experience in videography and editing with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques including lighting, sound, and composition.
- Experience with corporate or large-scale event videography preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
