This role will help plan and lead agile ceremonies, translate business and technical needs into actionable work items, and provide reporting and analysis that guide continuous improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with product owners, developers, and mission stakeholders to maintain system stability, support incremental enhancements, and ensure O&amp;M efforts remain aligned with portfolio goals and user needs.
