Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PACE

This position will be traveling to cover patients in our West Seattle and North Kent sites.
Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License OR Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit OR Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
