Job Description
Responsibilities
Contribute to financial deliverables by maintaining team calendar for internal and client deadlines. Keeps team apprised of status on all tasks by issuing timely and accurate documentation and correspondence:
- Drafts and updates billing calendars
- Organizes financial deliverables
- Route materials for internal review/approval
- Gathers necessary data
- Sends updates/notes/reminders to team
Owns the following tasks:
- Job code requests (as needed)
- Onboarding/off-boarding activities (as needed)
- Launch Deck review (as needed)
- Asset audits (monthly)
- Pulling billable reports for all clients (monthly)
- Checking invoices for correct information (monthly and as needed)
- Liaise with finance for various requests
- Meeting back up - (as needed)
- Ad hoc reporting
- Administrative tasks
- Supports Manager
- Communicates effectively with manager, as well as cross-capabilities and levels
- Diligently and flawlessly executes on assigned projects
Qualifications
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong ability to follow-up and stay on task
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principals and mathematical concepts
- Ability to learn the basics of how the agency works and how jobs flow through it
- Inner-agency process and requirements in order to open necessary job codes
- Ability to recognize and escalate issues to manager
- Excel proficient (enthusiast preferred)
- Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Subtotal, MATCH/INDEX (a plus)
- Eager to jump in and learn
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $35,000 - $52,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off
