Analyst-Enterprise Resource Planning Applications Senior (Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud  Team)

This position is hybrid with 1 day a week required in person at our office located in Indianapolis, IN. 

We are a collaborative team that supports each other and strives for excellence.  This specific position improves business outcomes though Oracle’s Fusion Cloud HCM solution.  It involves leadership, critical thinking, relationship building, consultation, communication, problem solving, defining business requirements, and collaboration. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements. 
  • Acts as strategic business partner to identify, assess and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. 
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. 
  • Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision. 
  • Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems. 
  • Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications. 
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective.

     

Strongly Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in HRIS and supporting configuration
  • Previous support of LMS and Recruiting platforms (Oracle experience preferred)
  • Creation of test scripts and experience with supporting regular system enhancements
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Takes initiative and values transparency and collaboration
  • Degree of comfort with complex issues and willingness to research solutions
  • Ability to balance competing priorities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
  • Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
  • Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
  • Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
  • Requires experience with professional software.
  • Requires project management skills.
  • Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
