About the role

As a Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for finding and attracting talent who embody our company's values. Your people-focused approach will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Create a welcoming and people focused candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and respected.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.

• Proactively identify and attract talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our values and culture.

• Provide regular and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application and the recruitment process.

• Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

• Utilise recruitment metrics and data to analyse the effectiveness of our recruitment processes and make data-driven decisions.

• Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach in candidate selection.

About you

• Proven in-house or RPO experience with a strong focus on candidate engagement and relationship building.

• Great comms with a friendly and approachable style, able to connect with candidates and colleagues at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and address the needs and concerns of candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to recruitment challenges.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adjusting recruitment strategies as needed.

• Can easily demonstrate treating candidates and colleagues with respect and confidentiality and how you’ve built a D&I approach into your processes and approach

• Experience using an ATS (Workday for bonus points) and an interest in fully utilsiing its functionality and getting Managers to do the same.
