We are looking for skilled professionals who will contribute to  keep the highest level of customer satisfaction. </span></p><p><span>In the role of Payroll Process Lead, you will be a key player in payroll preparation and execution for our customers.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for preparation of Payroll Run, executing payroll and performing Post Payroll activities</p></li><li><p>Performing the payroll year-end closure</p></li><li><p>Perform payroll activities with a proper level of understanding of data sensitivity</p></li><li><p>Answering payroll-related queries from customers and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Participating in projects/ activities related to the implementation of changes and updates in the payroll process and infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Cooperating closely with SV and the Operations Manager on a daily basis regarding all the process-related stuff</p></li><li><p>Manage the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Administer and evaluate all Payroll &amp; HR processes in the scope of the account</p></li><li><p>Assist and train all new and existing employees for various Payroll &amp; HR processes and review and recommend improvement to all Payroll &amp; HR processes</p></li><li><p>Ensure that Payroll-related processes are processed accurately and timely and compliant with all legal requirements.</p></li><li><p>Escalation management</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Min 2 years of experience in Payroll Processing</p></li><li><p>Experience in Payroll and Post payroll processing in SAP is a must</p></li><li><p>English (B2 level) and communicative German</p></li><li><p>Intermediate level of Excel</p></li><li><p>Customer centricity is a must</p></li><li><p>Proactive &amp; self-reliable</p></li><li><p>Strong communication &amp; analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Attention to details</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Austrian HR or Payroll knowledge will be an asset</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Why would you join us?</b></p><p></p><p>We offer our knowledge, experience, support, sympathy and honesty as a team.
