WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Delivery and Warehouse Associate for Total Tool you will provide exceptional internal customer service while delivering to other Total Tool branches. Delivery and Warehouse Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver and pick up products from the Distribution Center to the Store Front as needed.
• Deliver and pick up product from customers and vendors while representing Total Tool in a professional manner. 
• Drive company DOT vehicle safely and effectively
• Keep accurate delivery records.
• Assist internal and external customers through in-store interactions, phone calls, and emails.
• Support the warehouse area when not driving (receiving, shipping, putting product away, and general warehouse duties). 
• Maintain a close positive working relationship and open communications with all departments.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and maintain a clean and safe delivery fleet.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
• Must be over 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT card
