How you will make an impact:

As we grow and scale our Product Team, we need help taking product development methodology, communications, and processes to the next level. The Senior Product Operations Manager will act as a connective tissue between the Product Team and other departments and will also help us build our internal team operations, from new hire onboarding to operationalizing planning. The mission of the Product Operations role is to scale Product Team: synthesizing feedback from many sources (customers, users, analytics tools), ushering processes to operationalize products, leading product communications, driving goal setting and progress tracking,  building process alignment with the rest of the company.  This role will include management of our technical writing team. Our technical writing team plays a crucial role in our engagement and adoption. We’d like to see their integration evolve and mature within the product organization. 

How you will make a difference:

• Own product feedback channels and work with Product Managers to both respond requests and identify trends
• Establish product feedback tool
