About the Team:
AT&T is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) business unit who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics, and experience in managing Ing complex or high-priority technical products and influencing strategic decisions related to the product.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s).
Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance.
Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies.
Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in Epic/Feature planning and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
Write user stories and sets the product direction at the team level; OR write features and sets the direction for a group of teams; OR write epics and sets the direction for multiple groups of teams.
Responsible for charting and executing the course for AT&T’s customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.
Lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and postproduction support.
Experience leading large cross-organizational Digital transformational projects is required.
Well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies is required.
Experience launching external customer facing Front end experience is required
Past scrum team PM experience, working with UX, QA teams, Product releases, insights, VOC analysis is required.
Use case development, story grooming, business case planning, defining MVP.
Product release planning, technical refinement with architects is required.
Knowledge of micro services, swagger, basic understanding of react applications is preferred
CSPO, PMC or equivalent product certifications are preferred
MBA with technical background is preferred.
Job Contribution:
Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred technical Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Experience working with highly technical software products.
Experience:
