Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist

• Experience with pediatric patients, especially early intervention/Birth to 3, preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable working in home and community-based environments

• Passion for empowering children and supporting families
