Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide age appropriate Physical Therapy care in order to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses in the acute care setting.   Major duties include: patient treatment, completing all documentation requirements accurately and timely.  The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified. May be required to rotate between clinical areas.  This position is a weekend part time position  Must have the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. 

Salary range: 48.52-63.91 hourly 

Job Qualifications

  • CA PT license
  • BLS from AHA or ARC
  • 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred
  • Ability to work as a member of the team, including sharing knowledge, giving and receiving feedback, taking initiative to assist others, problem solving and providing an atmosphere conducive to learning.  
  • More than 2 years of experience qualifies for PT 2 title.
