Our DSDI mission is through innovation, integrity, and collaboration, unify BeOne’s data ecosystem, to foster analytical capabilities, engineering, processes, and governance that deliver strategic information with operational excellence with the goal of bringing affordable medicines to more people around the world. This role will lead and manage a team of product managers for DSDI to lead the digital transformation in BeOne. The role should - have experience with all phases of the product lifecycle as well as prior experience managing successful digital product launches. - Work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional team, with senior leadership, and with external customers and partners. - Listen well, with a curiosity and passion to learn more about your users, the market, the product and competitive landscape and more - Demonstrate leadership and strong, proactive ownership over ones’ area of responsibility; have an innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset - Have a desire to drive organizational change. The team of product managers is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to ensure the satisfactory goals are met. The product manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goal. The role be vital to the team bringing innovative solutions that enables critical decision-making and operational efficiencies to the company.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Partner with business to define the product vision and strategy. Build and execute on product roadmaps and measure business value delivered.
  • Identify product with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
  • Ability to understand R&D stakeholders’ needs, translate into detailed requirements and executable tasks and create buy-in for the product vision both internally in DSDI and with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, project and portfolio manager to deliver quick prototype, release plans (including versions with specific feature/functionality based on value to the business considering time-to-deliver) and optimal resources.
  • Identify product definition compared to industry landscape and perform build versus buy analysis.
  • Assess changes in business needs and adapt product direction and/or identify risks and associated mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a leader within the company.
  • Work with executive leadership to align product strategies with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive innovation by encouraging creative thinking and critical thinking within the team and exploring new technologies or methodologies that can enhance product offering.
  • Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth. Ability to either build or provide direction/guidance on utilizing predictive analytics tools to provide actionable insights to create operational efficiency and other key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Deep understanding of clinical and operational data extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, AWS or AZURE cloud technologies. Hand-on experience highly preferred.
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to build dynamic data engineering solutions.
  • Work with business stakeholders on product launches including branding, education and demos.

Education Required:

  • Master or PhD in Information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, applied math, Analytics or statistics.
  • 8+ years relevant experience
