Staff Accountant

OneTouch Direct is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting as part of our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Execute monthly close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• CPA certification is preferred, but not required.
