Content Marketing Manager

Rubrik is looking for a rockstar content marketer to implement our global content marketing strategy, power our demand generation machine with online and offline content, and drive brand voice and consistency. Our ideal candidate is a creative expert in all things related to content creation and design, brand consistency, and analytics and meaningful measurement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Produce and promote creative content that informs, attracts, and generates customer acquisition
• Scope, write, and review various content types, including emails, web pages, long-form reports, infographics, videos, digital ads, and more
• Enforce brand voice, tone, style, and messaging across all content and channels
• Manage a content calendar and production deadlines
• Work with the growth marketing team to monitor and optimize performance of campaigns and brand messaging
• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of our content by developing KPIs and monthly reporting
• Evaluate journey maps and content performance metrics to recommend actions
• Work with external agencies to ensure content alignment and quality
• Research latest content trends, customer needs, important keywords and competitor content

 

Experience you’ll need:

• 7+ years of experience working in multichannel content creation in the B2B space
• Excellent writing skills—from copyediting all the way to constructing cohesive, long-form narratives
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of design, copy, and web best practices
• Understanding of cybersecurity and the broader technology landscape
• Ability to get up to speed on new technologies, topics, and ideas quickly
• Excellent ability to organize thoughts and ideas into a cohesive narrative and ability to spot gaps and logical leaps in existing narratives
• Understanding of how to evaluate content quality and content performance metrics
• Customer-centric mentality, ability to understand the customer's needs and challenges and translate them into compelling content
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices
• High level of interpersonal skills and comfort with ambiguity
• High sense of urgency

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range$132,200—$198,200 USDThe minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US2 (all other US offices/remote) Pay Range$119,000—$178,400 USD
