Supply Chain & Business Process Analyst

The Supply Chain Risk & Performance team within Global Supply Chain of Leidos is seeking a Supply Chain & Business Process Analyst. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with functional teams and suppliers on risk identification throughout all phases of the supplier relationship (onboarding, continuous management, re-certification, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Supply Chain Sustainability: Analyzes supplier data and performance metrics related to environmental impact, social responsibility, and ethical conduct. Prepares regular reports on supplier sustainability performance for internal stakeholders. Stays abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability to continuously improve supplier sustainability programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to standardize transactional and operational processes. Review and enhance inventory methodologies and processes to improve forecasting and planning accuracy
- Documentation & Tools: Document processes thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvements (SOP’s)
- Collaboration: Employ strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction and problem-solving with team members and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- Requires a BA degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years prior relevant experience.
- Must be US Citizen.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management skills and ability to think critically,
- Demonstrated ability to work in high paced and changing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience with automated purchasing system.
- Experience with business process re-engineering
- Ability to weigh and manage priorities
- Skilled at synthesis and analysis
- Detail oriented
Flexibility and diplomacy when dealing with internal customers and teammates.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
