About the role

As a ProCare Sales Analyst, you will ensure customers and sales representatives receive world class service by overseeing and owning the contract renewal and new contracts process by working closely with the Instruments sales force and ProCare leadership.  You will be responsible for owning and driving the accountability process for renewals and warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue. You will own the functions of inbound lead generation, lead nurturing and revenue generation.

What you will do

  • Indirectly influence a team of reps to manage new contracts and renewals to drive customer success and deliver quality service and ensure regulatory, compliance, and pricing expectations are met with all interactions within the contract creation process.

  • Develop yearly business plans focusing on a winning renewal strategy, including off manufacturer warranty within geographical territory working cohesively with Marketing, Sales Force, and Manager. Align objectives with the business goals and work to build team goals.

  • Present price and terms of the contractual agreement to sales representatives and customers.

  • Ensure pricing integrity is met on all proposals within your territory.  Work cohesively to educate the Sales Force and team members on service contract pricing and strategies.

  • Generate and communicate new leads to designated sales representatives for them to further investigate with the customer.

  • Develop and manage renewal strategy, renew contracts prior to expiration date, increase renewal rate as specified in business objectives.

  • Build and create ROI’s (data and presentations), proposals, and strategies for presentation.

  • Develop and manage New Build Warranty Expiration strategy and initiate contracts prior to expiration of warranty.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1+ years of experience

  • Excel experience

Preferred:

  • Sales operations experience

  • Medical device industry experience

  • ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, CPQ) experience

Travel Percentage: 10%
