About the Team:
Our Program Management Team is dedicated to driving the execution and delivery of high-quality hardware and software products that meet our company’s strategic goals. We collaborate across multiple departments, including Product Marketing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Legal, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company objectives. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in managing dependencies and driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead or support complex hardware and software projects across multiple vendors.
- Develop detailed program scopes and schedules for critical milestones.
- Review vendor and app partner issues, driving corrective action and coordinating software release schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Facilitate program team meetings to ensure alignment and progress toward NPI timelines.
What You’ll Bring:
- 12+ years of experience in electronics for end customers and 6+ years in New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Proven track record in managing high-tech industry programs with complex dependencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
- PMP Certification is highly desirable.
