You are:
A Subcontractor Time Admin/Processing Senior Analyst is a part of the AFS Sub Time Team within the Controllership organization.
The work:
- Support Controllership, Vendors and PMs
- Address internal & external questions/issues related to setup, payment, reporting for reconciliations and ad hoc updates.
- Meet deliverable deadlines and monthly quotas related to Sub Time team activities.
- Identify and escalate potential issues with Unanet/Costpoint/SNOW.
- Support Bi-Monthly labor processing as needed under supervision.
- Work with multiple teams and stakeholders across the AFS organization
- Understand business stakeholders and functional processes related to Sub Time team.
- Ensure quality and integrity of financial data related to Sub Time team actions.
- Run various data patrols to ensure compliance, data integrity, and maintain Unanet & Deltek Costpoint systems.
- Perform Unanet/Deltek Costpoint administrative tasks.

Here's what you need:
- 2+ years of Deltek Time and Costpoint experience
- 1 year of reconciliation experience
- Experience leading small efforts with minimal supervision
- Experience training new resources on established processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – must be able to effectively communicate internally and externally at all levels (written and verbal) to drive resolutions
- Intermediate skills with common PC software applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Sites
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be a US Citizen
A bonus if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years work experience
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Strong Excel skills
- Data oriented or experience working with large data sets
- Experience presenting, communicating and collaborating new processes with cross functional teams
- Experience communicating with external customers to resolve issues
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $55,000-$106,100
Colorado: $55,000-$91,700
New York: $63,700-$106,100
Washington State: $58,500-$97,600
