Then join the Data Privacy Office at the Data Management Tribe.<br/><br/>The team<br/>You become part of the Data Privacy Office. Together with a small team, you are in the lead to ensure that within Domestic Bank NL we handle the personal data of our customers with care and that we fulfill the requirements of the legislation. You work closely with the Data Protection Executive (DPE), Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Privacy Spocs within Domestic Bank NL. You also regularly coordinate with colleagues from the 2nd line Risk departments (Legal, Compliance and Non-financial risk) and the colleagues from Bank DPE Office.<br/><br/>Roles and responsibilities<br/>The tasks of the Data Privacy Office consist of analyzing, identifying and determining risks, designing effective approaches to mitigate risks and driving implementation processes within the organization. Furthermore, the team provides practical input on new business activities and assesses data breaches and reports them.<br/>Your contributions will mainly consist of:</p><ul><li><p>Following relevant developments within and outside Domestic Bank NL, in particular upcoming laws and regulations;</p></li><li><p>Translating these developments and instructions from ING Group into an effective approach for Domestic Bank NL to remain in control regarding personal data protection and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Drawing up clear reports that give insight into the risk development, including the IT aspects.</p></li><li><p>Managing key control testing, identify gaps and mitigate them.</p></li><li><p>Participating in and reviewing privacy and data protection assessments.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring that the register of processing activities is kept up to date in an effective manner. Make improvement proposals and test new versions of the register.</p></li><li><p>Assessing compliance with agreements with third parties on the processing of personal data.</p></li><li><p>Providing practical input regarding new business activities, including IT aspects.</p></li><li><p>Developing and rolling out training and awareness activities.</p></li><li><p>Contributing to the operational tasks within the Data Privacy Office, such as reviewing data breach notifications and responding to customer queries.</p></li><li><p>Building structural initiatives, such as improving the operational processes within the Data Privacy Office.<br/> </p></li></ul><p>How to succeed<br/>We hire smart people like you for your potential.
