Porter - Part Time

<p><strong>We have a fantastic Part Time Porter opportunity available!</strong></p> <p>Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>The Bowery</p> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses</p> <p><strong>Bonus*: </strong>Currently eligible for a $500 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 20 hours per week - working two full days and one half day, ideal would be working Tuesday and Thursday full days 8am-5pm and then half day Wednesday, but can be flexible or may be able to work out something different&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who should apply?</strong></p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.
