Sales Intern

David Zwirner is seeking two motivated and personable Interns to support the Sales Team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a leading contemporary art gallery. Ideal candidates will be organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative and project support to the Front Desk and larger Sales Team
• Assist with exhibition-related tasks, including:
• Support gallery openings and events across all David Zwirner NYC locations
• Act as a gallery attendant, ensuring the security and presentation of artwork
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the public, answering questions about current exhibitions and the gallery's programming
• Support the shipping, receiving, and distribution of mail and packages across all NY locations
• Prepare materials for client viewings and assist with client book mailings as requested
• Maintain and update internal resource documents
• Routinely restock supplies, including staff kitchens
• Ensure the pristine appearance of workstations
  
  

This position is Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday, 10 AM-6 PM, for a period of 3 months. Candidates will occasionally need to work additional hours.
