Summary of Job Duties:
The Clinical Education Coordinator and Clinical Instructor of Nursing is a 12-month faculty position responsible for the daily leadership and instructional needs of undergraduate clinical courses, students, and faculty. The Clinical Education Coordinator and Clinical Instructor of Nursing serves as the instructional leader for the program’s clinical learning, collaborates with prelicensure faculty to organize course schedules, assists with fiscal and curricular planning, and represents the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing in partnership with community and academic organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of part-time and adjunct clinical faculty and preceptors.
• Coordinate payroll management for part-time clinical faculty.
• Analyze opportunities for prelicensure faculty development and mentorship.
• Support consistent implementation of clinical course objectives, policies, and evaluation processes across clinical sections.
• Assist in monitoring clinical learning experiences to ensure alignment with program outcomes, AACN Essentials, and state board requirements.
• Participate in clinical program evaluation activities, including data collection, student fee
