<p>Job Title</p>Workday/IBS Analysis Senior Specialist<p>NOTE: Only candidates based in Spain with a valid work permit/citizenship should apply, as no sponsorship will be provided.<br/><br/>As Workday Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Workday HCM Integrations in alignment with Amadeus business strategy. <br/>Your goal is to understand the requirements of internal customers and propose solutions that support those needs, while keeping the processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.<br/><br/><u>Solution Identification  </u><br/>•    Propose solutions ( Workday HCM Integrations)  based on business requirements and implement them in Workday <br/>•    Collect detailed business specifications with internal Business Partners <br/>•    Analyze the detailed impacts on existing processes<br/><u>Solution Design</u><br/>•    Document technical design based on the detailed impacts and specifications collected from the business<br/><u>Solution Construction </u> <br/>•    Build technical requirements<br/>•    Build solution construction via customizing or specific development, the objective being to use the standard solutions whenever possible<br/>•    Commit to the plan for the overall construction of the solution<br/>•    Execute of end to end technical/non-regression/performance tests <br/>•    Prepare user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption<br/><u>Solution Delivery</u><br/>•    Deliver on time the agreed solution. <br/>•    Focus on agility all along the development cycle (functional requirements/specifications, technical specifications, coding, unit tests, functional tests, user acceptance tests) <br/><u>Solution Maintenance and Support  </u><br/>•    Perform the application support and maintenance<br/>•    Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve processes<br/>•    Responsible to analyze and test workday releases</p><p></p><p>CANDIDATE PROFILE<br/><u>Relevant work experience</u><br/>Between 2 and 5 years experience in similar role (consultancy role or internal position). <br/>Experience in HR solutions project deployments<br/>Support and maintenance with Workday<br/>Implement inbound and outbound workday integrations</p><p></p><p><u>Education</u><br/>Economics / Business Degree / Engineering</p><p></p><p><u>Skills</u><br/>Workday (technical), workday integration<br/>Studio integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, PECI, WECI, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs <br/>Workday Functional understanding<br/>Microsoft office<br/>English (oral and written)</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Diversity &amp; Inclusion</p><p></p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek to hire the best candidate regardless of age, beliefs, disability, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
