Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Location: La Posada Hotel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

- Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels

- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
