Job Summary

Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails:

 

• Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.
• Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.
• Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.
• Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.
• May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.
• Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties. 
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

 

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
• Ability to assist with food preparation and cooking tasks.
