We are hiring a Program Administrator who will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the program. Works closely with the Program Managers and with various departments to meet program delivery goals. Communicates with operations, engineering, and quality personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met. Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to program cost and performance.
This position is working onsite a our Jacksonville Blount Island facility.

What You Will Do
Coordinate with engineering and operations department to review open assignments, and to get any pending items to completion
Confirm program milestones are being completed
Work with Program Finance to track program cost and budget
Identifies trends, and common issues; communicates and proposes solutions to Program Manager.
Provides reports to the Program Manager as requested
Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to program cost and performance
Provides administrative support to other department staff at direction of Program Manager
Read and understand a variety of Purchase Orders
Updates databases and spreadsheets as required
Records and reports the status of delivery schedules
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on project management
Experience in Microsoft Project software.
U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Must be able to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance.
