Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Ensure alignment with company objectives and maintain the highest standards of leadership and accountability.
- Identify key market opportunities and trends to drive business expansion and competitive advantage.
Sales & Business Development
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners, insurers, brokers, and clients.
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development efforts.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
- Expand sales verticals and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key networking opportunities.
Operational Excellence & Financial Acumen
- Ensure sales team compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including profit margins.
- Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot for sales tracking, reporting, and client relationship management.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial health and strategic growth.
Team Management & Culture
- Build and sustain a motivated, results-driven sales team.
- Implement ongoing training and development programs for sales and account management teams.

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the construction, restoration, or insurance-related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (e.g., HubSpot).
