The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Payroll Communications, Content, and Training Specialist, joining our Payroll team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding payroll services to our employees and customers.

Job responsibilities

• Content Development: Create and manage payroll-related content for various platforms (Notion, website, social media). Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively disseminate payroll information. Engage with and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Training Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos. Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps.
• Project Support Support payroll projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years experience in content creation, communications, or related fields. Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and make continuous improvements to training programs.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Notion, Zendesk).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Writes and speaks fluent English
• Not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
