Be a maintenance technician on a team of 5 or 6 that manages 20-30 buildings in our 250+ building portfolio. Our maintenance technicians focus on maintenance ONLY. We have an internal grounds team, painters, and vendor out snow removal and housekeeping. Come join us!
 

Compensation Package

• $23.00 - $28.00/hour including Earned Commissions
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance Requests/Work Orders
• Make Ready/Unit Turns
• Ordering Materials
• Scheduling Vendors
• On-Call paid at time and a half plus a quarterly bonus

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and be standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling frequently throughout the day
• Valid driver's license
• Own a vehicle and basic tools
• Solid work ethic
• Positive attitude

Working Conditions

• Position is full time Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
