Primary Responsibilities: 

• Manage Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI / CPI) for a small program 
• Coordinate and develop program integrated master schedule (IMS) 
• Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones 
• Coordinate part procurement and asset management in support of lab integration 
• Facilitate customer demonstration events and program reviews both onsite and offsite 
• Lead bid and proposal efforts 
• Present technical and program data to customers and executive leadership 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production. 
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR  
• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required  
• Must be a U.S. Citizen 
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance 
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework 
• Strong communication skills 
• Familiarity with radio transceiver architecture/design, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies 
• Familiarity with Open System Architecture (OSA) 
• Experience with the bid and proposal process for the DoD
