Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Biz Ops Associate to take on the most critical, complex, and visible projects within our Athlete Partnerships roadmap. This position directly reports to the Head of Athlete Partnerships and offers exposure to both elite athletes and the Collectibles Leadership team. The Athlete Partnerships Biz Ops Associate will be actively involved in multiple impactful initiatives. Specifically, they will play a key role in developing our autograph procurement strategy (10M+ autos per year), establishing contract negotiation frameworks, and driving strategies to connect our premier athletes with collectors. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is highly adaptable, self-motivated, possesses excellent analytical skills, and demonstrates a commitment to teamwork. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, and entertainment are likely to fit in well with our agile culture.

Within the first 6 mos. you will...

• Prioritize and help drive multiple high-impact business initiatives and, together with the Athlete Partnerships Team, work cross-functionally to ensure project success
• Set goals, report findings, deliver recommendations, and help present progress updates to the Fanatics Collectibles Head of Athlete Partnerships and other key leaders
• Create a comprehensive autograph procurement strategy and across 3000+ athletes from every major sporting leagues globally
• Lead tentpole licensing initiatives to ensure on-time-delivery of flagship projects
• Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations accordingly
• Become a subject-matter-expert in all things Trading Cards and Athlete Relations

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
• Strong quantitative modeling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
• Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
• Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high-priority initiatives
• Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn

The salary range for this position is $107,000-$134,000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications and training.
