We are looking for a methodical, organized and solutions-driven Sr. Technical Program Manager to work with the Enterprise Program Management team. This role will be key in projects related to all aspects of the department’s purview including overall project planning, management, documentation, implementation, communication, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator and problem solver who possesses a high intellectual curiosity and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while playing many roles as situations demand.
This role will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Program Management and will be closely aligned with our leadership teams. In this key position you will engage in:
Program Management:
- Leading the translation of business needs into technology requirements and solutions.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to all planned deliverables. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Create and maintain all project documentation, from initiation through execution to close-out (Project plans, status dashboards, process flowcharts, Project RACI & RAID logs).
- Oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers.
- Manage weekly status reporting, understand, and maintain program’s RAID log, run working groups to support successful program delivery.
- Ensure target end state is delivered inclusive of required governance, business process redesign and appropriate controls.
Scope & Complexity Management:
- Work laterally across the organization to identify and manage dependencies and stakeholders across teams.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem statement related to your subject-matter area to drive project deliverables over multiple iterations to achieve the right outcome.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the technical teams and stakeholders.
- As part of project planning, identify impacted business units and collaborate with key stakeholders to gain alignment and approvals.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
- Understand the pre and post project business processes and work with process owners to implement necessary changes to ensure adoption and success of the projects.
- Streamline and improve internal project management processes to ensure a positive and consistent stakeholders experience.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends and identify opportunities for process and team improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, innovations, and quality of our work.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Lead the vendor evaluation efforts to ensure the applications we adopt are best in class and scalable solutions for the business requirements gathered.
- Own and improve the internal contract renewal process for 3rd party systems implemented across CentralReach and ensure timely renewal of appropriate solutions and licenses in-line with business needs and usage.
Communication:
- Exemplary written, verbal communication skills, concise and to the point. Be the initial point of contact for business and technical Stakeholders.
- Create separate communication plans for projects and programs with a wide internal impact or any customer impact.

Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain information for project needs.
- Understand the aspects of the company being affected by each project to ensure proper rollouts and adoption.
- Track and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders on regular cadences. Raise alerts to stakeholders to ensure agility in dealing with issues.
