What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Web Developer to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and evolution of our marketing web platforms. This is more than just a coding role, you’ll lead initiatives with strategic importance, manage cross-functional collaboration, and serve as a key voice in technical architecture, scalability, technical SEO strategy, and user experience. You are someone with deep expertise in modern web development, a strong understanding of business context, and a passion for mentoring others and shaping a healthy, innovative team culture.
Initially, you’ll help build and manage WordPress sites, primarily leveraging Bricks Builder, but the larger opportunity is to architect and develop standalone web applications as our needs evolve. This role is perfect for a developer who cares about clean architecture, and wants to influence not just the project builds, but also our future tech stack.

Leading complex, high-impact web projects end-to-end, from scoping through deployment, balancing speed, quality, and risk with minimal oversight.
Serve as a domain expert in modern web architecture, component libraries, frameworks, SEO best practices, and CMS systems, actively influencing technical direction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in design, content, marketing, and product to deliver web experiences that drive business outcomes and align with search engine visibility goals.
Implement and optimize technical SEO elements, including structured data, canonical tags, meta tags, sitemaps, robots.txt, and crawlability enhancements.
Architect and maintain performant, accessible, and responsive front-end systems (primarily Bricks) to integrate with dynamic backend systems, with a focus on Core Web Vitals and page speed.
Plan and prototype APIs and backend architectures for future standalone web applications.
Communicate effectively across the organization, delivering timely, concise updates and feedback to teammates and stakeholders alike.
Promote and model a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning, actively mentoring more junior team members.
Recognize cultural misalignment in work or behaviors and guide teams in resolving it constructively.
What You’ll Bring
5 - 7+ years of professional experience building and deploying modern web applications.
Advanced expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and component-based architecture.
Experience with Alpine.js, or similar front-end frameworks; experience with static site generation (SSG) and server-side rendering (SSR).
Deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and technical SEO fundamentals—including structured data, rendering behavior, indexation, and on-site optimization.
