Our Digital Solutions organization is looking for a (Senior) Specialist People & Culture (P&C).

 

As a (Senior) Specialist P&C you will drive business process optimization by guiding enhancements and development of an assigned group of applications. 

 

It is your responsibility to:

 

• Provide specialist knowledge and guidance related to the assigned group of applications. 
• Lead the analysis and conceptual design for specific business processes and applications. 
• Develop functional and non-functional specifications together with business representatives. 
• Drive operational vendor management. Participate in vendor selection and challenge the proposals of the external providers.   
• Initiating step changes to facilitate value creation and/or sustainable cost savings for Borealis
• Provide customer care and ensure adequate quality of selected services by handling critical and escalated incidents & requests on or beyond company level in close cooperation with business representatives. 
• Follow-up proactively on technology and business trends and application enhancements (e.g. new releases) and new or alternative products. Influence and challenge the business with these insights. 
• Drive the integration within solutions to reduce complexity. 

About you

 

 

As our desired candidate, you have a higher degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the IT HR domain. You must have experience in SAP and HR processes in SAP/SuccessFactors. Experience in SAP S/4HANA and agile manifesto/principles are advantageous. 

You are analytical, and conceptual, and you are strong in process and customer oriented thinking. You have excellent communication and persuasion skills with impact and influence. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn on the job by project participation and training, and to take responsibility over certain modules/applications.
