Customer Experience Associate

At AptDeco, Customer Experience Associates are responsible for ensuring that our customers have an extraordinary and seamless experience every time they buy or sell furniture with us. Our customers love us because we take care of all the logistics on their behalf. As a member of the Customer Support Team, you’ll represent AptDeco and be the voice of the brand. The right person thrives in a fast paced environment and loves to find creative solutions to problems. 

You are:

• A strong communicator. You’re self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You are the voice of AptDeco. 
• Personable and empathetic. You’ve been described as a people person. You can talk to anyone in any situation. Your engagement makes users feel and know they are your top priority. 
• Naturally curious and adaptive. You're innovative and proactively look for ways to improve upon things.
• A team player. You’re excited to work on a small team and help build something amazing. 

You have:

• Strong organizational, analytic, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer service or technical support environment with a strong desire to help people.
• Excellent time management skills and self-motivation. You follow through on tasks and don’t get overwhelmed easily.
• Creative problem solving experience. You have the ability to stay solutions-oriented when presented with a challenge. 
• Familiarity with G Suite apps.
• Previous experience working at a startup is a plus.
