⭐ Role Overview
The Finance team is seeking an OTC Billing Manager to lead and supervise our growing operations. With a brand new billing system: Chargebee and our ERP: Netsuite, there is a huge opportunity to improve our processes, policies & reporting flows. This role involves supervising the Billing Specialist team member with the day-to-day and will be working closely with our Commercial team to ensure our billing operations are smooth, the OTC Billing Manager aims to become a Business Partner to our stakeholders. It plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, compliance with billing regulations, and leading new features as the business needs them. The OTC Billing Manager will be in charge of designing and enforcing compliance-related topics.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Responsible for the full cycle processing of customer invoices by developing and implementing efficient billing processes and procedures.- Monitor billing cycles to meet deadlines and targets.- Responsible for the Monthly Revenue Recognition Closing according to Group Policy- Generation of regular & accurate reports.- Leading reconciliations with banks and gateways and Generating billing reports to track key performance indicators.- Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance overall billing operations.- Support with the billing strategy of new products.- Supervise the compliance of Sales taxes (US) and VAT (Europe) as the company expands as well as customer onboarding requirements and ensure billing practices align with legal requirements.- Resolve Tax & Billing customer queries.- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
