Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities
Peraton is in search of a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee a Quality Management program for a large ITIL-based IT program. You will join a growing DHS contract with an exciting mission and be a core member of the Program Management Office team.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
- Oversee a process management program so delivery processes are documented, implemented, monitored, and improved.
- Assist teams with designing and documenting delivery processes and procedures that reflect ITIL4, Agile and PMI quality standards, and Lean Six Sigma principles
- Oversee a continual improvement governance process
- Maintain the contract quality management plan by reviewing the plan regularly with teams across the organization, and coordinating updates and improvements
- Track compliance to contract requirements
- Plan and lead internal audits to identify process implementation gaps and improvements. Work with teams to implement improvements
- Lead or support Peraton responses to Government audits
Work hours: generally, 8 to 5 PM ET, but could vary throughout the month due to report deadlines
Travel required: limited
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, master's degree with 6+ years experience or high school diploma/ged and 12+ years experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must hold an active DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Five years experience in a delivery role of increasing levels of responsibility for an ITIL based IT program
- three years experience successfully implementing process and quality standards on government IT programs.
- Critical thinking skills and an ability to operate independently within the program framework with a keen sense of personal responsibility and bias for results.
- Ability to analyze data from numerous data sources to determine trends
- Ability to plan, schedule and track and communicate progress with all levels within an organization
- ITIL4 Foundations Certification
- Experience using Service Now to manage change
- Master-level experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint to drive positive outcomes
- Master-level experience using Visio or other process flow tools to document processes

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
