What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage moderately complex projects for the US Field Medical organization, efficiently utilizing time and resources to drive successful outcomes.
- Apply advanced skills and knowledge to support departmental objectives and independently resolve moderately complex issues facing field medical teams across the country.
- Review deliverables and seek constructive feedback, mentor colleagues, and exercise sound judgment informed by professional experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, administer compensation and benefits programs, and coordinate training sessions for a geographically dispersed team of medical professionals.
- Facilitate the creation of team agreements, introduce new HR concepts, and coach leaders on effective use of HR processes and tools to promote best practices.
- Oversee performance management and talent review processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement business initiatives, support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation activities, and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement while advising managers on personnel issues and staying current with labor laws.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
A BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience, an MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience, a PhD/JD with any years of experience, an associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Extensive knowledge of effective HR procedures and policies
Excellent consulting skills
Ability to coach and build strong relationships with diverse individuals across the organization
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in managing employee relations
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience
Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations and union relations
Understanding and integration of both internal and external business drivers
Knowledge of financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business
HR working experience in a multi-national organization
Proven track record of promoting employee value proposition
Experience in Change Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
