Team Leader - Mailroom

Job Description Summary

This position is located onsite in Jefferson City, Mo. The Team Lead Mailroom position will assist with day to day daily task and reports, monitor day-to-day activities of mailroom staff, ensuring compliance with mailing timeframes, quality control and fulfillment vendor and mailroom activities including exceptions, potential count discrepancies, return mail, and accuracy of fulfillment For Missouri Child support.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitor day-to-day activities of mailroom staff, ensuring compliance with mailing timeframes.- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and supporting policies and procedures.- Assist Manager in oversight of subcontractor performance.- Ensure 100% quality control and accuracy of all outbound mailings, whether in-house or fulfillment vendor mailing.- Assist Manager in coordination with client(s) and the fulfillment vendor to maintain inventory and version control of all fulfillment publications, printed materials, and documents.- Assist Manager in coordination with client(s) to maintain inventory and version control of all mailroom publications, printed materials, and documents.- Oversee quality control and fulfillment vendor and mailroom activities including exceptions, potential count discrepancies, return mail, and accuracy of fulfillment materials.- Assist in organization and development of processes to streamline effectiveness of mailroom logistics (storage, mail slots, deliveries, etc.).- Provide regular and ad hoc fulfillment activity reports to Manager.- Assist mailroom staff in mail processing and movement of materials.Minimum Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent or Associate degree with 1.5 - 4 years of experience.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
