Clinical Research Assistant - Methodist - Full Time

Hours are Monday-Friday - Business Hours
The research assistant plays a key role in supporting clinical research activities alongside the research team. Core responsibilities include maintaining daily departmental operations, managing data entry, processing laboratory samples, preparing for study visits, and assisting with patient appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the coordination of clinical trials including but not limited to data entry
- Lab processing
- Study visit preparation
- Support of day to day operations
Must have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in clinical research is preferred
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of clinical trials data management principles and medical terminology preferred.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
