We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software. <br/> Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen. &lt;3</p><p>We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024!</p><p>To ensure we have the right people in place for all this, we are looking for a <strong>Global Finance Business Partner</strong> to join our team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><u><strong>Role overview</strong></u></p><p>You will be joining our global finance team, <strong>reporting to <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ma%C5%82gorzata-potka%C5%84ska-005207129/">Gosia</a></strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ma%C5%82gorzata-potka%C5%84ska-005207129/"> Potkańska</a><strong>, our Global Head of Strategic Finance </strong>and take accountability of the Group’s annual budget &amp; quarterly re-forecasts. This includes coordinating with local teams and global business leaders as well as reviewing, challenging and consolidating their plans.</p><p>This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your financial expertise, to provide analysis and assessment of performance, to support the business in the strategic procurement process, to contribute to the organization's financial reporting process, and work in a collaborative team environment. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent English language skills, we actively encourage you to apply!</p><p><u><strong>Your key responsibilities in this role</strong></u></p><p> </p><ul><li>Prepare the Group´s annual budget &amp; quarterly re-forecasts. This includes coordinating with local teams and global business leaders as well as reviewing, challenging and consolidating  their plans.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for stakeholders across our key markets and business areas.</li><li>Provide analysis and assessment of performance against budget (including monthly closings analysis) , identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Support local FP&amp;A teams by embedding wider budget discipline and process efficiency across the business.</li><li>Be a part of implementation team for the planning and analysis tool across the Group </li><li>Collaborate with BI department and the Controller to build up insightful reports and dashboards to track business performance and deliver meaningful insights to business leaders. </li><li>Identifying and driving cost or margin improvement opportunities.</li><li>Support the business in the strategic procurement process (prepare POs, support/lead negotiations with suppliers, etc).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><u><strong>Your background - what makes you a strong fit</strong></u></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, or related field of study).</li><li>3-5  years of experience in a similar role within a high growth or SAAS environment</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud planning platforms (Oracle NetSuite Planning &amp; Budgeting, Workday Adaptive planning, Anaplan, Pigment or similar)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to efficiently communicate with senior business leaders, to influence decision ma
